Upon receipt of a valid counter-notification, we will forward it to the original complainant. If the complainant does not file a court action within the applicable statutory period, we may, at our discretion, restore the removed content.

Seravon maintains a strict policy regarding repeat copyright infringers. In appropriate circumstances, we will terminate the accounts of users who are determined to be repeat infringers. We define a repeat infringer as any user who has received more than one valid DMCA takedown notice related to content they have posted or distributed through our platform.

We may also terminate accounts at our sole discretion if we have reason to believe a user is engaging in or facilitating copyright infringement, even if a formal DMCA process has not been initiated.

Please be aware that submitting a DMCA takedown notice or counter-notification with materially false or misleading information may expose you to legal liability, including claims for damages, legal fees, and costs. Seravon reserves the right to seek damages from parties who submit fraudulent or bad-faith notices or counter-notifications under applicable law.

Upon receipt of a valid and complete DMCA takedown notice, Seravon will take the following steps:

1. Promptly remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing content.
2. Notify the user who posted the content that it has been removed or disabled.
3. Provide information about the counter-notification process to the affected user.
4. Forward any valid counter-notification to the original complainant.
5. Restore access to the content if a counter-notification is received and no court action is filed within the statutory period.

Our platform may contain links to or content from third-party websites or services. Seravon does not control and is not responsible for the content of those third-party sites. If you believe that content on a third-party site linked from our platform infringes your copyright, you should contact the operator of that third-party site directly. Seravon cannot remove content from sites it does not operate or control.

All users of our platform are expected to:
